Analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and how people move through the site. Google's partner-sites policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
We use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session insights. Clarity's privacy documentation: clarity.microsoft.com/privacy
You can limit analytics cookies in your browser settings, or use tools such as Google Analytics Opt-out (browser add-on) where available.
Google AdSense
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and other sites on the Internet.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized ads at aboutads.info (US) and Your Online Choices (EU).
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, personalized ads depend on Google’s European regulations message (Privacy & messaging / Funding Choices)—a Google-certified CMP that implements the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) and transmits consent to ad partners. We do not use a homemade cookie banner for that purpose. You can reopen those choices anytime with “Privacy & cookie settings” in the site footer.
Google's advertising cookies are third-party cookies. We do not read the contents of those cookies. Google describes them at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
Consent management (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)
When advertising is enabled, visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland see Google’s European regulations message (AdSense → Privacy & messaging), delivered by Google Funding Choices. That message is Google’s certified CMP path: it implements the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) and passes real consent signals to Google and participating ad partners—not a decorative first-party cookie popup.
We do not use a homemade “Accept all cookies” banner for advertising consent. Ad and analytics storage default to denied under Google Consent Mode until you choose in Google’s message (or refuse personalized ads).
You can change or withdraw consent later with “Privacy & cookie settings” in the footer, which opens Google’s revocation / privacy messaging UI when Funding Choices is active.
Publisher setup (for operators): AdSense → Privacy & messaging → European regulations → create or edit the message for eaglercraft.studio → publish. Without a published European regulations message, Funding Choices has nothing compliant to show.
