Eaglercraft Studio
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Eaglercraft Studio collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It also covers advertising cookies and payment processing.

Who we are
This policy applies to Eaglercraft Studio at eaglercraft.studio (the "site"), operated by Best 86 Solutions. The site is an independent skin library and creative tools service. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests.
If you are reading this page in a language other than English, the English text is the official version.
Information you give us
You can browse, search, edit, and download skins without an account. If you create an account, we collect:
- Email address and a password. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication. We do not store your password in our own database.
- A display name you choose.
- Skins you save and creators you follow, stored with your account id.
- Messages you send to our contact email, including whatever you choose to write.
Payments
If you purchase Studio Pro, checkout is processed by Paddle (Paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes payment details (such as card or wallet information), billing address, and tax-related data under Paddle's own privacy policy.
We receive confirmation of purchase, subscription status, plan type, and entitlement dates so we can unlock Premium features on your account. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site, our hosting provider may log technical data needed to run and protect it: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages requested, and the time of the request.
If you use the site without an account, a guest wardrobe (saved skins and follows) may be stored in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device until you clear it.
Advertising and Google AdSense
We may display ads served by Google AdSense and other advertising partners. Ads help pay for hosting. They are not part of the skin download or the editor.
In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we use Google’s certified CMP (Funding Choices / Privacy & messaging with IAB TCF) so personalized ads depend on your consent. See the Cookie Policy for how to reopen those settings.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and other sites on the Internet.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized ads at aboutads.info (US) and Your Online Choices (EU).
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, personalized ads depend on Google’s European regulations message (Privacy & messaging / Funding Choices)—a Google-certified CMP that implements the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) and transmits consent to ad partners. We do not use a homemade cookie banner for that purpose. You can reopen those choices anytime with “Privacy & cookie settings” in the site footer.

How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide the skin library, editor, combiner, grabber, creative tools, and accounts.
- Save your wardrobe and follows when you are signed in.
- Provide and manage paid Studio Pro entitlements.
- Send account emails such as verification and password reset through Firebase.
- Keep the site secure, debug errors, and prevent abuse.
- Measure site usage with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity so we can improve navigation and features.
- Show and measure advertisements.
- Reply to messages you send us.
Children
The site is a general-audience fan tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Purchases require a signed-in account. If you are under the age of digital consent in your region, a parent or guardian must complete the purchase.
If you are a parent and believe a child under 13 has created an account, email us at the address above and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can:
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete your account by emailing [email protected] from the account email.
- Sign out and stop using the account at any time. Guest wardrobe data can be cleared in your browser settings.
- Manage or cancel paid subscriptions through the Paddle customer portal linked from your Dashboard.
- Opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
- Use “Privacy & cookie settings” in the site footer to reopen Google’s consent / revocation UI (EEA, UK, and Switzerland when Funding Choices is active).
- Opt out of some third-party advertising cookies at optout.aboutads.info and, in Europe, www.youronlinechoices.eu/.
- Block cookies in your browser. Sign-in and some features may stop working if you block essential cookies.
Retention and security
Account records, saved skins, and follows are kept while the account exists. If you ask us to delete the account, we delete those records from our database. Firebase may keep authentication data under Google's own retention rules. Paddle may retain payment records under its legal and tax obligations.
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
International visitors
The site is available worldwide. Information may be processed in the country where our hosting, database, Paddle, and Google services operate, which may be outside your own country.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us to use those rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
