The service

Eaglercraft Studio lets you browse, create, combine, edit, organize, and download skin PNG files and related artwork, and optionally save favorites with an account. Basic use of the site is free and may show advertisements.

Optional Studio Pro (Premium / VIP) plans unlock advanced creative tools on our platform. We sell access to our software features — not Minecraft, not the Eaglercraft client, and not third-party copyrighted game assets.

We may change, pause, or remove features at any time. We do not promise that every skin, editor tool, or download will always be available.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password private. Provide a real email address you can access, because verification and password reset are sent there.

We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, creates risk for other people, or is unused. You may ask us to delete your account from the Contact page.

Studio Pro and payments

Paid plans and prices are described on the Pricing page. Features included with a purchase are listed there and on the Premium page.

Checkout is provided by Paddle as Merchant of Record. For paid transactions, Paddle is the seller to the customer for payment and tax purposes. Your payment relationship for those purchases is with Paddle under Paddle's checkout terms.

Week, Month, and Year plans auto-renew until you cancel. VIP Week is $2.99 every 7 days. Cancel before the next renewal via Dashboard → Account → Manage billing (Paddle customer portal). Canceling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period unless a refund is issued.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Do not expect independent cash refunds outside Paddle for Paddle transactions; refunds are processed through Paddle's mechanisms.

Skins and your content

Skins in the library are images. Downloading a skin gives you a copy of the PNG to use in compatible games. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork.

If you upload or publish a skin, you confirm that you created it or have permission to share it, and that it does not infringe someone else's rights. You give us permission to store, display, resize, and distribute that skin on the site for as long as it remains published.

If you believe a page infringes your copyright, follow the Copyright / DMCA policy at eaglercraft.studio/en/copyright or email [email protected] with the URL, a description of the work, and your contact details. We will review valid reports and remove content when appropriate.

Prohibited uploads

Uploads and community submissions must follow the Community Guidelines (eaglercraft.studio/en/guidelines#prohibited-uploads). By submitting a server listing, publishing a skin, or otherwise sending content for display on the site, you confirm the material is allowed.

Every upload is reviewed before it is made publicly available. Submissions do not go live automatically.

Prohibited uploads include (non-exhaustive): sexual or pornographic material (including any sexualization of minors), hate or extremist content, harassment or doxxing, scams/phishing/malware, copyrighted material without rights, impersonation of staff or game companies, spam/duplicate submissions, and server listings that mislead players or push unsafe downloads.

We may reject, remove, or hide prohibited uploads. If we find that a user is not respecting the Community Guidelines, we may ban that user (temporarily or permanently) and revoke upload or submit privileges.

Repeat copyright infringement

We have a defined repeat-infringer policy in the Copyright / DMCA page (eaglercraft.studio/en/copyright#repeat-infringers). In short: a first valid takedown typically means removal plus a warning; a second can suspend upload privileges; a third or a clear pattern can terminate (ban) the account. Severe or willful infringement may result in an immediate permanent ban.

Accounts created to evade a copyright ban may also be blocked. Successful counter-notifications that restore material are not counted as strikes for that notice.

Acceptable use

Community expectations for publishing, reactions, and reports are spelled out in the Community Guidelines (eaglercraft.studio/en/guidelines). Do not:

• Break the law, or upload skins or names that are illegal in the places we operate.
• Upload malware, attempt to break into the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or interfere with other people.
• Impersonate Mojang, Microsoft, Minecraft, Eaglercraft, or another person.
• Use the site to collect other people's account data.
• Click ads in a deceptive or automated way, or encourage others to do so.
• Use paid features to infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks, or to redistribute copyrighted game clients or assets.
• Publish or upload prohibited content listed in the Community Guidelines (including sexual content involving minors, hate, scams, or spam).

Trademarks and the game

Minecraft, Mojang, and related marks belong to their owners. Eaglercraft names belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with them.

This site does not distribute the Minecraft game or the Eaglercraft client. A skin PNG is a texture file. You are responsible for using it only where you are allowed to.

Ads

Some pages may show third-party ads, including Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for their ad content. Your use of an advertiser's site is between you and that advertiser. Studio Pro does not currently promise an ad-free experience unless we explicitly say so on Pricing.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is." We do not warrant that skins will work on every server, that the editor is error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from use of the site. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the latest revision. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
