Hello Neighbor for Blockbuster

This mod is required for the Blockbuster mod. Basically, it is the "Hello Neighbor" model from *Hello Neighbor 2*—the original Neighbor model used in the trailer. Just a heads-up: there are two files, and that is not a mistake; both are essential, so you need to place them in the Blockbuster models folder.
