Arnorian Black Fortress Known in existing lore as the Citadel — the ruins of Taras Lúna — this fortress marks the place where the Arnorian Ciris first tore open. Deep beneath its stone lies the Subdimensional Anchor Chamber, home to the Mirror Altar: the site two witches of Arnor once fought and died to reach, in a desperate bid to seal the rift that had unleashed the maelstrom upon Annúminas. What stands above ground today is a fortress rebuilt over that scar — armed, garrisoned, and never quite separate from what happened in its depths.
