Creator notes
Victorian Nether Hub I wanted to build something that would feel like a place where Victorian architecture meets the Nether — elegant, massive and slightly unsettling. This Nether Hub combines dark stone, greenish prismarine details and huge glowing windows filled with the warm red light of the Nether. At the center is a large portal chamber, surrounded by symmetrical halls, balconies and decorative elements that make the whole build feel more like an ancient Victorian station than a simple Nether hub. The contrast between the warm interior lighting and the purple glow of the portal ended up being one of my favorite parts of the build. I also added plenty of small details, from trees and lanterns to the patterns in the floor and walls, to make the space feel like a real place rather than just a portal room.
