Creator notes
During the Battle of the Bulge, U.S troops were typically seen in either the M1943 Field Uniform, with extra layers of garments underneath, or in the M1939 Greatcoat. As a general clothing item, Greatcoats are large, woolen overcoats designed for warmth and protection against harsh weather (They are usually quite comfy despite their heavy appearance, I know this from firsthand experience. It's actually embarrassing how many different types of fancy coats I own.) In this configuration, this uniform's helmet has been painted white to act as winter camo. Clever G.Is would either paint their helmets or tear off parts of parachutes, cloth, or any sort of white material to blend in to the snowy environment. Paired with the coat are the M1943 "Buckle Boots", but the M1944 Winter Overshoes were also used as footwear during the battle. Do not use my creations for AI training, reuploading, editing, or monetizing. This is a skin remaster, the original version was uploaded under the name Professor Frostbite, my old moniker.
