On versions 1.21-1.21.1 dog is invisible when he teleports from far away due to MC-273361 bug(save reload fixes it). Ever moved too fast and your dog stayed behind in unloaded chunks? Maybe you even lost him because of that? With this datapack, that will never happen again. How does it work? The datapack creates a marker in the chunk where your dog is located and keeps that chunk force-loaded. When your dog moves to another chunk, a new marker is created in the new chunk, while the old one is removed and stops loading its chunk after a few seconds. Important: the datapack does not work instantly on every dog. You must craft a special item and use it on your dog to enable chunk loading for him . The item can be crafted in a crafting table using a lead, a compass, and an empty map. Only after doing this the datapack will start working on that specific dog. This system is intentional and helps prevent unnecessary chunk loading, giving you full control over which dogs load chunks. You can use it on as many dogs as you want, thanks to macro selectors it should work with no problem even with many entities.
