Primordial is a survival-focused Minecraft datapack designed to push realism and difficulty far beyond vanilla gameplay. this datapack introduces thirst and climate-based survival mechanics . Every decision matters — where you go, how long you travel, and how prepared you are. ✔ Multiplayer-friendly ✔ No mods required – datapack only! Note: (not required but) it is recommended to download other datapacks made by me to balance out the difficulty of the game. Primordial gameplay mechanics Thirst Mechanic - player is given 20 full bars of hydration. Each bar will be depleted every 25s. The lower the thirst meter, the faster it will drain. -Thirst meter is biome dependent. Hot biomes like deserts will deplete at a rate of x4 -If thirst meter reaches below 50%, debuffs like slowness will be applied. If the bar reaches <10%, the player will start to take damage. Heat & Cold Mechanic -player will be receive heat damage in hot biomes at specific time of the day -player will be receive frost damage in cold biomes -player will be receive frost damage at altitude above y=150 Light-level Mechanic -blindness will be applied to all players during nighttime -blindness will be applied to all playe
